The Post 42 Honor Guard supported the Veteran's Day Ceremony at The American Legion Post 42 on 11 November, 2025. Over 200 fellow citizens attended this annual event. For more information or to volunteer for this awesome event next year, contact the Honor Guard at (470) 799-9702.

We supported four funerals in January. We conducted over sixty funerals and three Memorial Services in 2025. We expect to support between 60 and 70 funerals or memorial services annually.
We need more Honor Guard volunteers.
We do NOT want to turn down any request for Veterans due to a shortage of personnel.

The current team consists of 13 active members, but we are always looking for more to join. We practiceregularly, so don't worry if your Drill and Ceremony skills have detoriated since you left service.
